SVP of Sales, AI Automation Services

About the Role

You'll own revenue for botshift's AI transformation business. We sell operational AI that runs inside real businesses (hospitality, night clubs, hospitals, self-storage, law firms) and we sell it on business outcomes, not technology. The entry product is a 5-day audit; the expansion is a transformation engagement that changes how the customer's numbers move. You'll be the senior-most seller in the company, building the machine from zero alongside the founders.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed engagement, and carry the revenue number for the AI services business
  • Build and run a pipeline of owners and operators across our verticals: hospitality, night clubs, hospitals, self-storage, and attorneys
  • Sell the 5-day audit as the entry product and convert audits into long-running transformation engagements
  • Build the repeatable playbook: outbound motions, referral loops, partnership channels, and the collateral to support them
  • Work directly with the founders to sharpen positioning and pricing per vertical, and feed market signal back into the offer
  • Represent botshift with prospects, at industry events, and in the rooms where operators make buying decisions

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of carrying and beating a number
  • Experience selling services and solutions (consulting, agency, or managed services), not just software licenses
  • Consultative, outcome-based selling: you talk in the buyer’s KPIs, not in features
  • Proven success selling to owners and operators of physical-world businesses
  • Builder profile: you have been the first or senior-most seller before, and you know how to create pipeline, process, and collateral from nothing
  • Enough technical fluency to demo AI products credibly and answer hard questions without an engineer in the room

Nice to Have

  • An existing network in hospitality, healthcare, legal, or self-storage
  • Experience selling AI, automation, or digital transformation engagements
  • Experience selling into APAC markets
  • Experience pricing and packaging productized services
